Senior: Eli

Eli's oldest brother is a very good friend of mine whose pictures I took years ago. But it's been so long since I've seen Eli, I was shocked to see him as a senior! This family is just full of handsome guys! Eli jumped right into it and was a natural in front of the camera. I love that we chose the Transportation Museum for his location, it was perfectly rustic and edgy.

Thank you so much Eli for being such an amazing model and I wish you the best with your senior year!

Maternity: Anna

I've always wanted to photograph Anna, she is way too pretty for her own good. With her little girl on the way I knew I had to get her in front of my camera before my Alaska trip! Have you ever seen a cuter belly? She really does glow. I can't wait to meet her little girl this fall!

Thanks to my ever fabulous assistant Karen. Her and Anna are childhood friends, I love to see them together!

Personal: Hobbit Beach, Self Portraits, David's Photography and Weird Faces

David finally had a few days off, and with the heat in Eugene we decided to escape to the coast. I took the opportunity to bring out my tripod and get some pictures of the two of us. David also took ahold of the camera and worked on his photography skills, I have to say he is definitely improving. I am so lucky to have him as my best friend and our goofy days for the last eight years, and even luckier to be with him the last four.
So have a little peek at the seriousness, the goofiness, and just a little bit of us.

This is how we test my camera setup. Cute, right? I don't know what David's doing...let's ignore that.

I try to be all cute and sweet and I get this face from David. It is all too fitting for us.
