I met Amie last summer after painting a life size mural of their horse, Luna, on her daughters wall. It was great to get to meet the actual model this time! Her daughter Kaylee obviously loves her horses and we were able to get some great shots of them together. Her little brother Jackson of course then had to show off his floppy eared bunny, Hulk, and his new bunny blanket. I really love animals so it was a great start to their family portrait session. We were so lucky with amazing sunshine for the evening. Amie has a beautiful family and we even caught a few shots with their exchange student, Madeleine, and the grandparents!
